Friends Annual Dinner

 ITALIAN DINNER

at 7.00 for 7.30 pm

Our annual dinner is always an enjoyable event and we hope you will be able to come. We are again able to offer a specially prepared menu with numbered choices for each course. This year the dinner will be held at Chichester Park Hotel, Westhampnett, Chichester. If you are without transport do let us know, so that we can arrange a lift to and from the hotel.

All members who receive emails about our events will receive the Menu and a booking form which has been sent out on 20th April. Please note that the closing date for booking will be 3rd May 2019 and the event is open only to members and their guests.

The Chairman, Liz Turner, and Committee members invited new members to an evening event kindly hosted by Andrew Cutler.

This was a wonderful opportunity to meet many of the members who joined the Association in recent months. The Chairman has already received some very positive comments from those members that had attended and the general feeling was that the event was very worthwhile.

Exciting invitation for members of Friends of Ravenna

Our friends  “Amici di Ravenna” are offering 8 of our members the opportunity to go to Ravenna and learn how to make a mosaic. Participants will pay for travel and the courses but will be generously hosted for free by some of their members. This will take place in early May and other activities such as cookery classes and Italian conversation may also be on offer. Ravenna is known the world over for its Byzantine mosaics and this is a wonderful opportunity to learn about this beautiful art form. This event will strengthen further the close links that we have established with this lovely city.
